Architectural Project Coordinator (Training Provided)

• Working Days & Hours : 5days , Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Working Location: MacPherson
• Salary : Basic $3150 - $4500

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects from design development to production, installation, testing and completion.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and overseas design and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate and review architectural drawings, CAD drawings, SketchUp models, shop drawings and technical documents.
• Work closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors on project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys, coordinate site activities and monitor project progress and schedules.
• Identify and resolve design, technical and site issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate design revisions and ensure drawings and documents are updated accordingly.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, handover and client training where required.
• Prepare project progress updates and coordination reports for management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and travel to project sites when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering or a related field.

• Training Provided

• Able to read and understand architectural drawings, CAD drawings and technical documents.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant design software is an advantage.
