Team members work closely with clients to translate ministry needs into functional, inspiring spaces.
Role Description The Architectural Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, responsible for leading church-focused design and construction projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day work includes coordinating project schedules and deliverables, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring architectural plans and construction documents align with client goals and applicable codes. This role oversees submittals, reviews drawings and specifications, and collaborates with architects, contractors, and church leadership to maintain project quality, budget, and timelines. The Architectural Project Manager also supports space planning, participates in site visits and progress meetings, and helps integrate ministry and technology needs into practical design solutions.
