Architectural Project Manager

A well-established, growing design-build firm in the Syracuse area is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The organization has a strong reputation in CNY for architecture and construction work across industrial, housing, office, and commercial projects. It's a real opportunity to step into an established book of work and client relationships.

What we're looking for:

• Around 10 years of project management experience; candidates with 5 or more years who check the other boxes are still encouraged to apply
• Experience managing projects in the $8 million range and above
• Background in industrial, housing, office, or commercial construction
• A licensed architect in New York State is a plus but not required
• Someone who's mid-career and ready to take ownership of large, complex projects
