Architectural Project Manager

LKV Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of architectural experience to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from initial planning and design through construction documentation, bidding, construction administration, and final project closeout. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, project leadership skills, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, overseeing project schedules and budgets, and producing high-quality construction documents while maintaining clear communication throughout all phases of a project.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from project initiation through final completion and closeout.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, including model and drawing production, coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure documents comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, zoning regulations, and other governing standards.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other consultants.
• Manage construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, change documentation, site observations, and meeting coordination.
• Monitor construction progress and assist in resolving field conditions and unforeseen issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated responsibility for project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and complete projects from initial design through construction administration and closeout.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Extensive experience preparing and coordinating architectural construction documents.
• Demonstrated construction administration experience on active construction projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, construction detailing, specifications, and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field preferred.
• Architectural licensure preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
