Architectural Projects Coordinator (Aerospace industry)

Join our administrative team where you´ll play a key role in all of our airport offices and warehouses, providing with top project management follow up, ensuring our facilities are in optimal condition for all of our personnel.

What you will do:

Manage facility improvement, construction, and preventive/corrective maintenance for airport offices and warehouses. Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and structural standards in high-traffic aviation environments. Lead and administrate diverse construction and structural modifications projects.

Who You Are:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Industrial Engineering.
• Possess an advanced English proficiency level (spoken and written).
• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in corporate or industrial construction and maintenance management, or other relevant facilities experience.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management tools. AUTOCAD is a must.
• Show proven ability to coordinate, deal and negotiate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and external contractors under strict deadlines.
• Availability to work in Cancún and constant traveling.
