Job Summary

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution across multiple sites, ensuring that civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works are completed on time and meet quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, vendor coordination, site supervision, and willingness to travel to different project locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely completion of all ongoing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and centre teams for smooth execution of project works.
• Oversee civil works including masonry, flooring, plastering, PCC, waterproofing, and related activities.
• Supervise electrical and plumbing installations, including wiring, lighting, drainage, water supply, and power points.
• Monitor painting, POP, ceiling, wooden, furniture-related, and other interior finishing works.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve site-level issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Manage vendor and contractor coordination, material requirements, pending activities, and work completion.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, pending-work lists, and provide regular updates to the Project Head and management.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• Experience of 3-4yrs in civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works with a focus on project execution and site supervision.
• Experience in hospital, commercial, interior, or building projects will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different project locations as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
