What We Are Looking For:
- Able to do technical hand sketches
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD, BIM, Sketch up and knowledgeable in Photoshop and Rhino
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good time-management abilities
- With good understanding/ knowledge on latest construction methodology
