Architectural Techician – Nottingham

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Architectural Technician to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join our established Architecture team, working as part of a team on a diverse portfolio of exciting projects across a range of sectors throughout the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects at different stages of the design and delivery process, developing your design and technical skills while working alongside experienced architects and other built environment professionals.

YMD Boon is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with over 60 years of combined experience in architecture, building surveying, and health and safety, underpinned by the longstanding expertise of our founding practices. With offices in Market Harborough, Nottingham, Lincoln, and Birmingham, our established presence enables us to support clients nationwide.

The Role:

· Develop skills to produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit

· Gain through knowledge of Building Regulations

· Grow a good technical knowledge of construction detailing

· Support the company in achieving high-quality drawing production working within your team

Key skills and experience:

• Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Eager to learn and develop skills further
• Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
