Architectural Visualization Lead

Design Visualization Lead | Bengaluru (Onsite, 5 days) | US project experience is mandatory

Alftek International is hiring a Design Visualization Lead for our client, a leading US general contractor’s offshore centre in Bengaluru. You will be a technical leader in the Visualization team, delivering complex visualization for high-profile pursuits and the conceptual design process, working closely with the US-based visualization team.

Must-have (we cannot consider applications without these)

• Hands-on experience delivering visualization for US projects

• 8 to 10 years in construction visualization, architecture, BIM, VDC or design technology

• Expert-level Twinmotion, Unreal Engine and Enscape

• A showreel or portfolio link, shared with your application

What you’ll do

• Lead complex visualization deliverables for major pursuits and strategic projects, with strong visual storytelling

• Build and manage advanced Revit and SketchUp models for visualization and planning

• Create high-quality renderings, animations and flythroughs using Twinmotion and other approved tools

• Develop site logistics plans and 4D simulations with the US team, applying construction knowledge

• Set visualization standards, templates and workflows, and run quality reviews

• Mentor and coach Construction Visualization Specialists

• Evaluate AI-assisted workflows and new tools to improve quality and speed

Skills

• Expert: Autodesk AEC suite, AutoCAD, Revit

• Advanced: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender

• Advanced: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Design or Visualization

Good to have

• AI tools in production workflows

• Healthcare, life sciences, mission-critical, infrastructure or commercial construction projects

• Revit family creation and mesh-based asset work in Blender or 3ds Max
