Job Title: Architect

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet design, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, detailed drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Develop concepts and translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review construction drawings and monitor compliance with approved plans.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors and project teams.
• Assist in securing permits and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Prepare project presentations, material specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (preferred/required, depending on position).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes and construction practices.
• Strong design, technical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior-level positions.
