Architecture Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning and executing building construction projects

• Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis

• Work to develop project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan

• Analyze RFI responses and monitor and process change orders

• Provide administrative assistance to GM when needed

• Analyze construction problems and develop immediate resolutions

• Generate construction progress report and update the work progress for management

• Visit project site to evaluate work progress and to respond to client concern or question

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure our construction teams have the material they needed

• Communicate with site superintendent about delays and other issues that must be communicate to clients

• Ensure the work quality of subcontractor achieve the requirement

• Attend project meeting with client and also provide monthly meeting within site subcontractor

• Draft, submit and track all RFI’s and distribute to project team as appropriate

• Collect and distribute coordination drawing from appropriate subcontractor

Requirements:

1. Degree in related field

2. At least 2 years relevant experience (high rise)
