ARCHITECTURE COORDINATOR

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Coordinate architectural design works between consultants clients and internal project teams to ensure design intent is met throughout all project stages.
• Review and manage architectural drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements regulations and design concepts.
• Work closely with the design team to resolve technical issues site constraints and discrepancies during the design and construction stages.
• Assist in tracking design progress and ensure timely submission of drawings/documents as per project schedule.
• Prepare and submit documents for authority approval, and follow up to ensure timely clearances.
• Participate in design workshops and internal reviews to improve constructability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure coordination with M&E C&S, and ID teams to avoid design clashes and ensure smooth integration of architectural elements.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation logs and records related to architectural work and design changes.
• Be hands-on in managing design revisions updates and communicating changes effectively to the site team and consultants.

Requirement:

• Degree Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in both design and construction environments preferably within design and build projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing building codes and construction processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Good communication and coordination skills able to work with consultants subcontractors and internal teams.
• Experience in large-scale commercial projects is an advantage.
