About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Architectural Design Lead to join a leading and highly respected organization in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven professional to lead architectural initiatives and deliver exceptional design solutions across high-profile projects.

The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership from concept development through detailed design, while collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of design quality and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design activities from concept development through detailed design and project delivery.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong architectural solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and mentor architects, designers, CAD specialists, and other members of the design team.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews, presentations, workshops, and client/stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor design deliverables, quality, timelines, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify design challenges and provide practical, innovative, and commercially viable solutions.
• Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality architectural outputs in line with organizational standards and project objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of relevant architectural experience , preferably within leading architectural, engineering, real estate, construction, or development organizations.
• Proven experience in leading architectural design teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, technical documentation, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM , and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly desirable.
