Architecture Designer

Talent Pro is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architecture Designer responsible for developing architectural designs, drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials while ensuring projects meet client requirements, design standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
• Convert concepts and client requirements into practical and visually appealing architectural designs.
• Prepare presentation drawings, design proposals, renders, and visual materials.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other project requirements.
• Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications.
• Revise designs based on client, management, or project team feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and organize project drawings and design files.
• Support site/project teams by providing necessary drawings and design clarification.
• Ensure assigned projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current architectural design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Freshers with strong Revit skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Practical experience in architectural design and drafting is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, measurements, materials, and construction practices.
• Strong creativity, visualization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
