About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Draughtsperson to join our team at NILAI REKA' in our office located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. As a fulltime Architecture Draughtsperson, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of architectural designs for our diverse range of clients. What you'll be doing

1. Producing detailed architectural drawings and models using CAD software
2. Collaborating with architects and designers to interpret design concepts and bring them to life
3. Ensuring all technical specifications and building regulations are accurately reflected in project documentation
4. Providing support throughout the design and construction phases of projects
5. Maintaining organised project files and documentation
6. Assisting with the preparation of client presentations and proposals
7. Continuously expanding your technical knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related engineering discipline
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architecture Draughtsperson or in a similar role
3. Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, designers, and clients
6. Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
