  • Maintain daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Attend off-site and out-of-country inspections for review of materials/samples, mock-ups, and testing as required by the contract documents
  • Inspect procured construction materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with ministerial requirements, specifications, contract documents, and approvals
  • Ensure materials delivered on site are properly stored and protected per manufacturer recommendations to avoid damage
  • Correspond and communicate with the construction team to obtain accurate survey control point information for assigned project sites
  • Conduct inspections on project sites to ensure adherence to approved shop drawings and snag lists
  • Ensure the accuracy of all information obtained on construction activities
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably required by the role

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in construction/architectural inspection, quality control, or site supervision
  • Working knowledge of architectural and construction codes, standards, and material specifications
