About the Role

Arrant Construction is looking for a motivated and creative Architecture Intern to join our team in Richmond, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for an architecture student or recent graduate to gain practical exposure to commercial and industrial construction projects while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with architectural drawings, plans, and design documentation.
• Support the preparation and modification of floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
• Assist with reviewing architectural and construction documents.
• Help coordinate design requirements with engineering and construction teams.
• Conduct basic site and project research when required.
• Support material selections, design presentations, and project documentation.
• Assist with maintaining organized project files and drawings.
• Learn and support day-to-day architectural and pre-construction activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite at our Richmond, TX office.
• Passion for architecture, design, and construction.
