Architecture Project Manager

-Provide design leadership within a dedicated team, offering support, strong communication, and problem-solving

-Coordinate with the architecture team and the STRUC - MEP team

-Coordinate between the design team, site team and contractor

-Produce architecture drawings from the schematic phase all the way to the construction documents

-Assisting the site team with replying to RFIs and conduct site visits when needed

-Reviewing designs according to building codes and regulations

Job Requirements:

-Portfolio or sample of work to be submitted

-Fluent Writing and Conversational English

-Previous experience in designing a healthcare facility, hospitality, commercial and residential projects

-Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
