About the project

We’re studying how architecture firms turn messy project and operational data into clean, structured formats. We want to learn from the people who do this work every day: which tools they use, what works, and where the process breaks down.

What you’ll do

• Walk us through how your firm organizes and manages its data day to day
• Review a few example scenarios and share how you’d improve them
• Describe the tools and methods your team relies on
• Share your insights in a remote video session

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working at an architecture firm in the US
• Hands-on experience organizing or managing firm data, such as BIM models, project records or internal workflows
• Roles like BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, Design Technology Manager, Technical Architect, or Data/Operations Lead
• Comfortable talking through technical workflows on a video call

Pay and time

• $100/hour
• Only a few hours in total
• Fully remote, US-based professionals only
• No employment contract or ongoing commitment
