Architecture Structure Modeler- Technical

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect – Architecture & Structure (Technical) with 2–4 years of relevant experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and Structure, along with knowledge of Chief Architect, SketchUp, and millwork detailing.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing BIM models, preparing technical drawings, coordinating architectural and structural workflows, and ensuring that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain architectural and structural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings, construction documentation, and technical deliverables.
• Create and review millwork drawings, cabinetry details, and related technical documentation.
• Utilize Chief Architect and SketchUp for design development, modeling, and visualization as required.
• Review BIM models, drawings, and millwork details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, structural engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret design briefs, technical specifications, and construction drawings to deliver accurate project outputs.
• Identify and resolve modeling inconsistencies, clashes, and technical discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, construction standards, and project requirements.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, architectural/structural design, or technical detailing.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and Revit Structure.
• Working knowledge of Chief Architect, SketchUp, and millwork detailing.
• Good understanding of architectural and structural BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and technical accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and client coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Location & Shift Requirements

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana
• Work Mode: On-site
• Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Candidates should be comfortable working in the specified shift and collaborating with clients and teams across different time zones.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
