Supervise daily architectural works at the construction site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications while monitoring workmanship, site progress and quality of finishes.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily architectural works at the construction site
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor workmanship, site progress and quality of finishes
- Identify defects and coordinate rectification works
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and site personnel
- Prepare site inspection and progress reports
Requirements :
- Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Building or a related field
- Must be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia(LAM), with 1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Able to read architectural drawings and identify construction defects
- Good site coordination and problem-solving skills
