Architecture Supervisor

Location : SPRM (Berhadapan Flat Kastam), Menggatal

Job Descriptions :
1.Monitor daily architectural works, finishing details (such as facades and tiling), and site progress
2.Check construction drawings, resolve drawing discrepancies, and ensure work matches approved specifications and local building codes
3.Inspect workmanship, enforce quality benchmarks (such as QLASSIC standards), reject substandard work, and monitor site safety practices

Requirements :
1.Diploma or Professional Certificate in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
2.Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience as a site supervisor or in building architecture works
3.Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, familiarity with MS Office Suite, and basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination
