AR/Credit Control Officer

Accounts Receivable/Credit Control | West Perth | Temporary Role

They are seeking an experienced Credit Control / Accounts Receivable Officer to join their friendly finance team on a temporary basis. Conveniently located in West Perth and easily accessible via public transport, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative workplace.

Your new role

• Proactively following up outstanding invoices via phone and email
• Reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies
• Allocating daily receipts and processing payments
• Investigating and resolving billing queries
• Preparing aged debtor reports and providing collection updates

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Immediate availability or ability to commence by the end of September
