Area Bath Installation Manager

We are the bathroom experts, and our business is selling and installing walk-in tubs, replacement tubs and walk-in showers. With our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Area Installation Manager to join our New Bath Today team. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer-Centric Installations: Ensure all aspects of customer installations are managed with excellence, from installer contact to project completion.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and oversee quality control metrics, including NPS/Guild score performance.

• Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate up to 25 installation crews, ensuring they are well-trained, accountable, and supported.

• Installer Capacity: Coordinate with Production team to maximize scheduling, manage monthly installer availability.

• Inventory and Warehouse Management: Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products, while maintaining safety and efficiency in the warehouse.

• Customer Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers and office throughout the installation period to ensure their satisfaction.

• Problem Solving: Act as the primary field contact for addressing and resolving any issues that arise before, during or after the installation process.

Earnings: This is an exempt position.

Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000/year.

Schedule:

• Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as business requires.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation project management, preferably in a bathroom setting.

• Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching subcontractors.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally as required.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements:
