Area Business Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To oversee performance of multiple restaurant branches by driving sales growth, operational excellence, and people development while ensuring compliance with company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitor the performance of multiple restaurant branches.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers and store leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, labor costs and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with support departments to achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any related field.
• At least 5 years of restaurant operations experience with 2-3 years managing multiple branches.
• Proven track record in driving sales and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, analytical and business management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel and oversee multiple restaurant locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting.
