Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities & Benefits

• 2 - 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Dermatology, Cosmetology, Trichology, or Pharmaceutics.
• Drive primary & secondary sales, prescription generation, and territory growth.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
• Build strong relationships with Dermatologists, Trichologists, Cosmetologists, and key HCPs.
• Conduct regular joint field work, product detailing, and on-the-job coaching.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales & marketing strategies.
• Manage distributor/stockist relationships and ensure product availability.
• Prepare business plans, sales reports, and performance reviews.
• Follow ethical promotional practices and company policies with strict adherence to compliance standards.
