Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, maintenance plans, and quality assurance procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades, deep cleaning initiatives, and equipment maintenance, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Lead training sessions for staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for supplies, equipment repairs, and maintenance services to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a facilities or cleaning environment.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to troubleshoot and maintain cleaning machinery and automated systems.
