POSITION: Area Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance
• Coordinate deployments, transfers, relievers, and replacements
• Conduct regular site visits and address operational concerns
• Maintain good relationships with clients, employees, and supervisors
• Prepare manpower, attendance, and site reports
• Assist with recruitment and sourcing when needed
• Monitor employee requirements, IDs, uniforms, and documents
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Operations teams
• Perform other related administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course is preferred
• With or without experience as a Coordinator
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Willing to conduct field/site visits
• Can work independently and handle multiple tasks
