AREA COORDINATOR

Bacolod Prosperity Feedmill Corporation (BPFC) is looking for a motivated and organized Area Coordinator to support our field operations, branches, customers, and sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and monitor activities of assigned branches and field personnel.
• Assist in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Monitor sales activities, targets, and field performance.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, Animal Technicians, and other departments.
• Conduct regular field visits and assist in addressing customer and branch concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports and updates to management.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business, Management, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.
• Experience in sales, field operations, branch coordination, or customer relations is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits.
• Must be organized, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if willing to learn and undergo training.
• With valid driver's license is an advantage and motorcycle.
