• Identify new growth opportunities and untapped markets within the assigned territory.

Channel Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and stockists.
• Support channel partners with product knowledge, schemes, and visibility programs.

Influencer Management

• Develop a strong network of contractors, masons, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct training sessions and product awareness programs for influencers.

Sales Support & Target Achievement

• Work closely with the sales team to drive secondary sales and ensure product availability in the market.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly volume and value targets.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on market trends, demand generation activities, and sales performance.

Brand Visibility & Promotion

• Ensure proper branding and product display at dealer outlets and project sites.
• Implement local marketing campaigns and POS (Point of Sale) material deployment.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing for smooth execution of activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and reporting standards.
