- Collaborate on marketing, public relations, digital initiatives, and programming that strengthen each hotel's market presence.
- Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue through Food & Beverage, events, partnerships, and unique guest experiences.
Guest Experience & Lifestyle Positioning
- Establish a culture of personalized, intuitive hospitality that differentiates both properties within their competitive markets.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through consistent service standards, proactive guest engagement, and effective service recovery.
- Develop distinctive guest experiences, local partnerships, and programming that reflect each property's personality and destination.
- Monitor guest feedback, online reputation, and service performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property condition.

- Provide clear and timely financial reporting, business updates, and performance recommendations to ownership.

- Recruit, mentor, and develop strong department heads and operational leaders across both hotels.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
- Establish measurable performance goals and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Implement effective training, employee development, and succession-planning initiatives.
- Promote strong communication and collaboration between the two properties while ensuring each team maintains ownership of its results.
Candidate Qualifications
