Opportunity: Area General Manager We are seeking an exceptional Area General Manager to oversee dual Select Service properties in the historic, vibrant Alexandria market. In this high-impact executive role, you will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and top-line performance across both the Courtyard by Marriott Alexandria Old Town/Southwest and the SpringHill Suites Alexandria Old Town/Southwest.

Financial Performance

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals.
• Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

Your Background And Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous hotel management experience required.
