Area Head (DUNKIN' Las Piñas)

The Area Head is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of multiple outlets within a designated area. This role involves ensuring compliance with company standards, optimizing business performance, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards.

Sales and Profitability:

• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.

People Management:

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure outlets deliver excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all outlets adhere to health, safety, and legal standards.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain operational compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in retail, food, or service industry operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and develop action plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently to oversee multiple locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
