Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall plant administration and facility management.
• Ensure effective management of housekeeping,transport, canteen and employee welfare facilities.
• Coordinate guest house, accommodation and visitor management.
• Monitor housekeeping standards, cleanliness and workplace discipline.
• Manage administrative vendors and service providers.
• Ensure timely availability and maintenance of employee amenities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day administrative requirements.
• Monitor administrative budgets, expenses and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and safety standards.
• Handle employee grievances related to administrative facilities and services.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate with 812 years of experience in Administration, preferably in a steel/manufacturing/industrial setup.
• Strong experience in Plant Administration, Facility Management, Housekeeping, Transport, Canteen and Guest House Management.
• Proven experience in vendor management and team handling.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance, employee welfare and industrial administration.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently working in large manufacturing plants or steel industries will be preferred.
