Area Manager - Canterbury (fixed term)

2015 marked the 100th anniversary for Nutritech providing New Zealand farmers with advice and service. The recent acquisition by global business Lallemand, further strengthens the research and development capabilities of Nutritech.

Due to a period of parental leave, an exciting fixed-term opportunity has become available to join our team, with the potential for ongoing opportunities in the future. To be successful, you would need to combine technical selling with common sense and the ability to develop rapport with veterinarians, merchants, farmers and ag contractors. Good communication, self-confidence, a desire to succeed and commitment to be part of a team are the hallmarks of a successful Area Manager. The Nutritech team are a "tight knit bunch" and fitting our culture is just as important as your ability to offer the best nutrition advice and service.

A proven track record in sales related fields, computer literacy, a solid understanding of farming practises and tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded. The Canterbury Territory is a key area for Nutritech and requires a candidate with energy and enthusiasm.

A current driver's licence and a willingness to travel throughout the Canterbury region, Rakaia River north to Kaikoura is a pre-requisite.
