Area Manager (Cebu)

The Role

As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operations and performance of multiple stores within a defined geographical region, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on driving sales, optimising operational efficiency, and nurturing a motivated team, you will be instrumental in shaping the growth and success of this leading Retail & Consumer Products company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of store managers and frontline staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to drive team engagement and development
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across the assigned store portfolio
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the introduction of new products, merchandising initiatives, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure optimal inventory management and stock control to minimise losses and maximise profitability
• Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the area, leading by example and promoting a service-oriented mindset

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the Fashion Retail industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability
• Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving operational targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
