Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
2. Drive sales growth and ensure all stores achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
3. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and Sales Assistants to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
4. Monitor store operations, inventory levels, stock accuracy, and loss prevention to ensure efficient business operations.
5. Ensure all stores comply with company policies, SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
6. Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and operational audits, and implement action plans to improve store performance.
7. Support the recruitment, training, and development of Store Managers and Sales Assistants to build high-performing teams.
8. Review sales reports, analyse business performance, and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
9. Coordinate with Head Office on promotions, product launches, marketing activities, and operational initiatives.
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry, with experience managing multiple stores.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Good understanding of retail sales, KPIs, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
