Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets within the region.

• Manage and lead a team of sales and operations personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage operations and track performance.
