Area Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple optical stores within the assigned area.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams.
• Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with the General Manager and support overall business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Optical/Retail management.
• Optical industry background is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business and sales knowledge.
• Willingness to travel between assigned stores.
