Area Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to lead our operations in the Uluwatu Area, which includes the key locations of Uluwatu, Ungasan, and Pecatu. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and management of multiple properties and facilities, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. This full-time role is based in Badung, Bali and offers opportunities for career development within our growing organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple properties and facilities within the Bingin Area, including oversight of staff, maintenance, and customer relations
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational efficiency
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and the achievement of business objectives
5. Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the local teams
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
7. Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Area Manager or Operations Manager role within the retail or hospitality industry
2. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties or facilities and driving operational excellence
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams
5. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to navigate the local business landscape
6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field
