As an Area Manager, you’ll be leading multiple branches, growing the business, ensuring optimal collection efficiency, building strong teams, and driving true financial impact at the High level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple branches in the assigned area, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with internal control systems.
• Lead and motivate a team of Branch Managers to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Internal & External stakeholders, customers and partners.
• Monitor and control branch expenses, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years in NBFC lending.
• Experience with vehicle and MSME loans.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving sales performance, and leading high- performing teams.
• Field mobility and willingness to travel.
• Fluency in Tamil preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
