Area Manager

About the role

The Area Manager oversees daily operations of all retail branches, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, brand standards, and operational guidelines. This role involves managing multiple branches, supervising staff, driving sales performance, maintaining brand consistency, and coordinating across teams to support business growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all retail branches
• Ensure all branches comply with company SOPs, brand standards, and operational guidelines
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits
• Ensure proper stock management, product handling, and store readiness
• Directly manage and supervise 2 Supervisors
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all branches
• Ensure branches achieve sales targets
• Analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Warehouse, Marketing, and Management teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in retail operations
• Experience managing multiple branches required
• Experience in food, bakery, café, or retail business preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong operational management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and sales understanding
• Good communication skills
