Area Manager

About the role

An experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple branches, drive sales growth, maintain strict quality standards, and develop store management talent.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, profit margins, and P&L statements for all assigned branches
• Control operating costs, focusing on Food Cost and Labor Cost optimization
• Plan and execute strategies to drive sales growth, profit, and overall KPI achievements
• Conduct regular branch audits to ensure compliance with company operational standards
• Monitor product quality across all food and beverage offerings
• Maintain top-tier customer service quality, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Lead, coach, and empower Branch Managers to meet operational and financial goals
• Implement Succession Planning and continuous training programs for key staff
• Perform regular branch visits according to schedule to inspect operations, resolve field issues, and follow up on improvements
• Oversee raw material ordering, inventory audits, and stock level management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Hospitality Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, retail, or F&B management
• Experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Manager considered a plus
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing P&L and cost controls
• Leadership skills with a proven track record in coaching and developing teams
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Possess a personal vehicle and ability to travel frequently across assigned areas in Bangkok and Metropolitan regions
