Responsible for maximizing store sales, ensuring efficient operations, developing employees, controlling costs, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

What You'll Do:

• Maximize sales of stores
• Ensure store's general and daily operations are conducted according to company rules and regulations
• Take all steps necessary for having excellent store employees
• Ensure lowest possible cost and highest productivity for all operations and procedures
• Work in cooperation with all other departments to achieve better results
