F&B Area Manager

Job Summary
The F&B Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance and operations of multiple restaurant branches within an assigned area. The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets, maintaining operational standards, and developing restaurant management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant branches
• Lead, coach, and support Restaurant Managers and store management teams
• Set operational, sales, and performance targets for assigned branches
• Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and overall store profitability
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, cleanliness, service, and compliance
• Identify operational challenges and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
• Review store performance and prepare regular area reports
• Evaluate management and team performance and provide coaching when needed
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of restaurant managers
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, food safety, and service standards
• Develop action plans to improve store performance and maximize sales
• Address operational concerns and resolve issues across assigned branches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager
• Strong experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant branches
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in sales, inventory, labor cost, food cost, and store profitability
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to assigned branches
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
