AREA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor the performance of multiple supermarket stores within the assigned area.
• Drive achievement of sales, profit, shrinkage, inventory, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of SOP, merchandising standards, customer service, and store presentation.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and store leadership teams.
• Analyze store performance and develop action plans to improve sales, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket/retail, with at least 2 years in Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong experience in managing multiple stores and large operational teams.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, margin, inventory, shrinkage, manpower, and operating costs.
• Willing to travel between stores within the assigned area.
