About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager who will lead multiple stores to achieve operational excellence, drive sales growth, and uphold the Fruitas standard in customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards
• Drive sales performance and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Supervisors and team members to build high-performing teams
• Ensure consistent implementation of product quality, service excellence, and store cleanliness
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational expenses to maximize profitability
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans
• Collaborate with different departments to support business growth and expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in multi-unit operations (F&B, retail, or related industry is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willing to travel and be assigned in different locations
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and driven to succeed
