Position description: Area Manager and Senior Area Manger

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute direct selling activities by prioritizing effectively and in accordance with the overall corporate sales objective & target
• Meet sales targets as per forecast requirements
• Oversee direct and allocate the sales targets to the PCH and monitor the adherence to the sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
• Support Regional Managerand State head in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures analyzing variances
• Provide direction and leadership to the PCH and establish monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in promotional activities to ensure increase in market visibility of ITL products which will help increase market share in the state
• Build and maintain rapport with customers and identify new customer opportunities to acquire new customers to increase market penetration
• Responsible for increasing the customer satisfaction rate and market share
• Provide followup with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services provided by ITL
• Meet key dealers and communicate
• Resolve dealer issues as and when raised
• Follow up on collections
