Sweet Swirls Dessert Inc. is a new and growing company seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for an Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple Sweet Swirls branches, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Area Manager – Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple branches.
• Lead, supervise, and support branch teams to ensure good performance.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Conduct regular branch visits and address operational concerns.
• Coordinate with branch managers and staff to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor branch sales, inventory, and overall performance.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.
• Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years or more of relevant experience in operations, retail, food service, or branch management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, responsible, and results oriented.
• Willing to travel between assigned branches.
