Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in cardiology or related field (cardiac surgery, cardiovascular).
- Proven track record of success in managing teams or leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
